All our Canvas are custom made and built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality in order to satisfy your needs. Our team works extremely hard to produce the best products for our customers, therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.

All other items are covered by 30 day no quibble refund starting from the day the item is delivered and signed for.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us within 10 days after delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement.

I DO NOT LIKE THE ITEM I PURCHASED CAN I GET A REFUND ?

Afro Art UK do not accept returns on specially made & personal items of clothing. Orders must be canceled within 24  hours of your order. You can return all other items within 30 days of delivery for full refund.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE CAN I GET A REFUND ?

Packages very rarely get lost. Unless you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, they will get to their destination 99.99% of the time.

But on some rare occasions, customs will hold a package much longer than expected. For that reason, if you still did not receive your shipment within 60 business days, contact us and we will refund 100% of your order.

When your shipment finally gets to you after those 60 business days, it is yours to keep, even if we have already refunded your entire order.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ?

We currently offer VisaMastercardAmericanExpressPayPal GooglePay and ApplePay as payment methods.

We are NOT accepting cash on delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER ?

We allow 24 hours for our customers to cancel their order.

After that 24 hours, we will process your order and get it ready for shipping. Which take 1-3 business days.

You will receive an email as soon as it ships with all tracking details.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ?

The shipping cost is currently FREE for orders over £50 we charge £5 shipping for all orders under £50.

EXCEPT Qatar, Kuwait, Suriname, Lebanon, Netherlands, Finland, Mexico, Jamaica, Ghana, Uganda, Trinidad and Tobago, South America and South Africa these countries except where the vendor is within that country for security reasons have to use an express courier service

WHY HAS MY TRACKING NOT BEEN UPDATED ?

When a tracking number does not update for a while, it simply means that the package is in route to your country. Once the package has cleared your customs, the tracking info will be updated and a more accurate delivery time will be given. Please be patient and you will see an update soon.

IS SHIPPING DOOR TO DOOR ?

Please be aware that deliveries are not always guaranteed to your doorstep.

Afro Art UK  is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.

Therefore, carriers may request customers to collect orders from their offices.

HOW DO I CHECK MY TRACKING NUMBER ?

Once you have made your purchase please allow 1-5 business days for processing and you can track your order on your Country Post Office Website or from the shipping confirmation email link.
